First licensed in 2007, Erin has been involved in all aspects of real estate from residential development, construction, and sales to commercial leasing and property management. Her main focus for the last ten years has been on retail property management and leasing.
Erin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in International Studies and French. She loves to connect with clients and help individuals grow to their fullest potential.
Speaking of reaching one's full potential, her downtime is spent training for kettlebell competitions and with her dog, Daisy. She also enjoys fostering dogs for a local rescue organization. Overall, Erin is a fantastic broker because she sees the potential for greatness in everything.
Jarrod Etheridge - Commercial Real Estate Agent
Jarrod Etheridge was born and raised in Orlando and loves the city he lives in. He graduated the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Victim Advocacy. In 2018, he graduated from Barry University’s School of Law. His background in Law and Title work enhances the work he does as a Commercial Agent.
He thinks of new angles to see from and provides a unique perspective to writing contracts that protect our clients. He also has been volunteering with the Avalon Park Kiwanis Club for two years, and currently holds a seat as a board member.
Jarrod cares deeply for the community, and is client driven when it comes to the Commercial Real Estate work he conducts. His background helping clients find victories in the legal field perfectly situates him to assist clients in the Commercial Market.
