Note: This is a working draft written for Hive Realtors based on standard practice for a small Indian real estate services business. It covers the common bases (data collected, how it's used, rights under India's DPDP Act 2023) but a few placeholders below — the registered address and RERA number — need to be filled in once you have them, and it's worth a quick review by a lawyer or company secretary before this is treated as final, especially for anything RERA-specific.

Hive Realtors ("Hive", "we", "us", "our") operates hiverealtors.com (the "Site") and provides property advisory, buying and selling, legal coordination, construction, interior design and digital marketing services in Hyderabad, Telangana. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
