Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Note: This is a working draft covering standard terms for a real estate services website. The bracketed items — legal entity type and RERA registration number — should be filled in once available, and it's worth a quick legal review before treating this as final.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hiverealtors.com (the "Site"), operated by Hive Realtors ("Hive", "we", "us", "our"), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Hive Realtors

Hive Realtors provides property advisory, buying and selling assistance, legal coordination, construction, interior design, and digital marketing services. Hive acts as an intermediary and coordinator for certain services (such as legal and construction work), which are delivered in partnership with independent qualified professionals.

RERA registration: [Telangana RERA agent registration number to be added here once issued]. Real estate agent services are provided in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else.

3. No Binding Offer

Property details, images, availability and pricing are indicative and subject to change and independent verification. Any actual transaction is subject to a separate, signed agreement between the relevant parties.

4. Third-Party Coordination

Where Hive coordinates services delivered by independent third parties (legal professionals, contractors, interior designers, or similar), Hive facilitates the introduction and coordination but is not itself responsible for the professional advice, workmanship, or output of that third party, which remains governed by your direct arrangement with them.
